DURHAM: Barbara Ann (Beaudoin) Dame LaRochelle passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Harmony Homes by the Bay in Durham. Born in Dover on January 14, 1928, she was the daughter of Joseph Theodore and Ruth Ann (McDaniel) Beaudoin. A lifelong resident of Dover, Barbara graduated from Dover High School and spent most of her life as a bookkeeper and office manager. She loved to dance and spent many a night dancing at Rockingham Ballroom. She could also challenge anyone to a game of rummy. Her opponents would never win! She was predeceased by her first husband, Edward “Bucky” Dame. Barbara leaves behind her two beloved daughters, Linda Frink of Newington, N.H., and Sandra Murphy of West Islip, N.Y. She was the adored grandmother to Kimberly Dumont, husband Brian, Seth Frink, wife Debbie, Nicholas Francoeur, wife Jessica, Timothy Francoeur and Stephen Francoeur. She was Great Grammy to Alexis Dumont, Jamie and Miles Frink and Blake Francoeur. Barbara also leaves her sister, Elaine Peloquin of Ellenton, Florida. She was predeceased by her second husband, Robert LaRochelle. Her daughters wish to express their gratitude to the staff at Harmony Homes by the Bay for their support and excellent care, and for providing a wonderful place for their Mother to reside. The entire Harmony Homes family will forever hold a special place in our hearts. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Cornerstone Hospice for their outstanding support and loving care during the past year. Barbara will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
