Obituary for Beverly Downs (Wilson)
Beverly Ann Downs
On January 19,2022, she went to see her Lord and Savior peacefully in her sleep at the age of 81. She was born 11/2/1940, in South Berwick, Me. She was the daughter of Edward Sr and Emily Wilson. Beverly was married on April 8,1961 to Beverly Robert (Bob) Downs for 35 years.
Beverly spent her life dedicated to her children and was loved by all.
She was very involved in her church activities which included Maranatha and Bible studies.
Beverly also enjoyed her time with the Red Hat Society.
She enjoyed making quilts, cross stitch pillows, knitting sweaters and doll clothes for her grandchildren and family.
Beverly is survived by her 5 children, Dawn, Brenda, Rebecca, Lynn, and Robert and their spouses. She is also survived by her siblings Edward, Donald, and David. She had 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial Services to be held Friday, January 28, 2022 at 4:00 pm and visitation will be from 4:30pm-6:00 pm at Wiggin Purdy McCooey Dion Funeral Home, 655 Central Ave., Dover, NH 03820. Please feel free to call the office (603-742-1017) with any questions on the service.
