Derry-Christopher “Chris” Michael Perkins, passed away Tuesday March 9, 2021 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Chris was born November 4, 1978 in Melrose, MA. He is the son of George and Nancy (Miner) Perkins.
He is survived by his parents; George and Nancy Perkins, three loving children; Katelyn, Sarah, and Matthew Perkins, one brother; Eric Perkins and his wife Christina, aunts and uncles; Bruce Miner, Laurel and John Essery, Edward Benard, Lawrence Perkins, Sylvia Osgood, Carol Bickford, and Shirley Powell, niece and nephew; Thersea and Jacoby Perkins.
Chris is predeceased by his grandparents; Walter and Lucy Miner, Paul and Ethel Perkins, his uncle; Steven Miner and aunt; Janet Benard and his god mother; Sally Perkins.
Visiting hours hours will be held Sunday March 14, 2021 at Purdy Memorial Chapel, 2 Concord Rd (rt 4) Lee NH 03861 from 1-3pm. A private family service will be held afterwards.
