Esther and her Greek cooking sidekicks could throw it down ANY DAY against the Italian Buffalo women at CAMP BLESSING and local conferences! We used to love when she cooked large for a week at camp. The best plain ole baked chicken ever! When you asked how it was done she would just wave her hand around and sprinkle something imaginary on it and shove it in the oven. Mine has never tasted like that! I hope she passed on her talent and recipes to the next generation...Jamie Klein??? Bring it!!~

Anna, Sincerely sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I know very well how difficult this time is for you and your family. Please know that the tears will be replaced by more smiles as time passes and when you speak of your Mom. Hold on tight to your sons and pray for family healing.

My deepest sympathies to all who loved Esther. I will never forget our trip to Greece back in the 90s with Esther in our group. We sailed on the Stella Maris to a number of Greek islands. What I remember best is when we would go into the Greek market place at our various stops and the vendors would talk amongst themselves, they didn't realize that Esther understood the language. She would always get us the best deals! She was a neat lady. I was sad to hear of her passing. Doug Heitland St. Peters MO

To Ester's family, I offer my deepest sympathies. She was a wonderful woman. I took Anna to the Prom and when I picked her up, Ester was so nice to me. Whenever our paths crossed, she was warm and friendly. May she rest in peace. Anna, my heart goes out to you. George Bald Somersworth, NH
