Obituary for Robert E Perkins

Barrington, NH ---- Robert E. Perkins, 65, beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend of Barrington passed gently in the arms of God surrounded by his loving family at Wentworth Douglass Hospital on November 23,2021

Robert (Bob) was born to George and Dora Perkins on March 14,1956 in Dover, NH
He was predeceased by his mother and father, his wife Janice Perkins and his sister Donna Hartford.

Robert loved spending time with his son Shane and his family and his daughter Shannon and her family.
Robert loved hunting and fishing and went on his final hunting trip with his son Shane Perkins and his grandson Talon Perkins just a few weeks ago. He was able to be there to share in his grandson getting a deer.
He also loved animals and was known to feed wild turkeys, squirrels and any other critters that might come around to visit him. Robert loved guns of all kinds and enjoyed collecting them. He spent many years working at the Gypsum factory, Simplex wire and Cable holding a variety of positions including fork lift operator.
Robert was proud of graduating from truck driving school but because of health issues was unable to pursue that career path. He enjoyed spending time with his brother Larry completing a variety of projects including fixing motors among other tasks.

Family members include his son Shane Perkins and his wife Meegan as well as their two children Talon and Tristian from Dunbarton, NH. His Daughter Shannon Ouellette and her husband Mike and their children: Damiya, Elijah, Jaylynn, and Michael from Rochester, NH.

Robert also leaves 5 brothers and 5 sisters: Roger Perkins and his family of Lee NH, Larry Perkins and his family of Lee NH, Rick Perkins and his family of Manville Texas, Eddie Perkins and his family of Maine and Garry Perkins and his family of Rochester, NH. Sisters Linda Murray and her family of Brentwood NH, Barbara Elliott and her family of Farmington NH, Georgia Rossa and her family of Portland Maine, Nancy Gebow and her family of Paris Kentucky and Joyce Copeland and her family of Maine.

Calling Hours will be December 11th at Purdy Memorial Chapel in Lee NH from 11 to 12 followed by a celebration of life. An online guest book for condolences is available at www.purdyfuneralservice.com
