Obituary for Teresa Gail Fratus (Brummitt) Mrs.

Dover, NH: Teresa Gail Fratus (Terri), 59, of Newton Street died Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, with her husband Gary and Stepson Jacob at her side. Terri passed into heaven to look upon her savior’s face after complications from surgery. She was born on October 29, 1960, in Clinton, Tennessee the daughter of Elmer and Anna Brummitt. Terri, after her family moved to Hammond, Indiana from Clinton, TN graduated from Hammond Baptist High School. She lived and worked there until 1997 when she met her husband Gary and moved to New England so he could be near his children. Terri worked for 22 years at Ipotec, LLC in Exeter, NH. She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church located in Dover, NH. Terri loved taking care of her Yorkies Cassie and Duke, she was an avid bird watcher, especially enjoyed seeing owls and humming birds, she also loved photography, exploring the coast of New England in search of light houses and spending time with her family and friends. Terri is survived by her husband of 22 years, Gary; her stepson Jacob Fratus and his wife Megan, of Seabrook, NH her stepson Derek Fratus, her sister Linda Waechter and her husband Dan, of Crown Point, IN her brother Gary Brummitt of Prescott Valley, AZ her sister in law Lynne Jennings of South Hamilton, MA. Terri was blessed with 1 grandchild Lucas Fratus who brought her much joy. She was also survived by nephew Jeff Waechter and his wife Angela of Saint John, IN nieces Carissa Swisher and husband Erich of Crown Point, IN and Laura and Carly Jennings of South Hamilton, MA and several great nieces and nephews.
